摘要
基于如何不通过复杂的渗流实验粗略预测部分交联聚丙烯酰胺(PCPAM)的驱油性能,结合系统的流变试验和渗流实验的数据分析,发现聚合物溶液在流经填沙管时,填沙管的压差大小与聚合物溶液初始模量有关。文中通过Maxwell模型推导了平衡压力和流变性能的关系,再经过拟合得到PCPAM在多孔介质中的渗流模型。由此证明,可以由流变仪的平板模式在一定板间距下PCPAM样品的弹性模量G′等流变量据来衡量和预测聚合物溶液在多孔介质内的流动行为,进而有效评估新型驱油剂的驱油效果。
Focused on how to give a crosslinked polyacrylamide ( PCPAM ) rough evaluation of the oil displacement performance of the partially without the complex laboratory evaluation experiment, through the combination of the rheological tests and seepage experiment data analysis, it is found that pressure difference across the model is concerned with the polymer solution initial modulus when the solution flows through the filling model. The relationship between the steady-state pressure difference and rheological property by Maxwell model was proved. After the curve fitting, the percolation model of PCPAM in porous media was obtained. So rheological data such as the elastic modulus G' at certain plate spacing can be used to measure and predict the behavior of polymer solution in porous media theoretically, also can predict the oil displacement performance of PCPAM effectively.
