叠氮化反应进展(Ⅱ)——碳-氢、卤代烃、醇、胺叠氮化

摘要 有机叠氮化合物含有叠氮基高能活性官能团,是一类重要的有机合成中间体及目标,目前已被广泛应用,该类化合物均来自叠氮化反应。本文主要阐述了碳-氢、卤代烃、醇、胺等的叠氮化反应,并对部分反应机理进行了讨论。 Organic azides were a kind of important targets and intermediates in organic synthesis. Bearing energy-rich azido group, these compounds were widely used in many fields. These organonitrogen compounds were mostly prepared by the reaction of azidization. This paper mainly reviewed the recent advances in the azidation reactions of C-H, halohydrocarbon, alcohol, and amine. Mechanisms of some reactions were also discussed.
