摘要
利用ANSYS软件建立等强度悬臂梁的受力分析模型,仿真不同外力下等强度梁产生的挠度。实验中,用改性丙烯酸酯AB胶将光纤布喇格光栅FBG传感器固定在等强度悬臂梁上,测量等强度梁产生的应变。结果表明,强度梁的应变和挠度与施加的外力线性相关,FBG实验结果和ANSYS模拟结果基本吻合,两者得到的应变值最大误差为7.4%。
The model of force analysis on a uniform strength beam was built by the general finite element program using ANSYS software,and the flexivity produced by uniform strength beam with different forces was simulating,.In experiment,a fiber Bragg grating sensor was fixed on the uniform strength beam with modified acrylate.The results show that the strain and flexivity of uniform strength beam were linearly correlated with the externally applied forces.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,and the maximum error of strain measurement is 7.4%.
