双滚筒驱动带式输送机摩擦条件的分析及确定 被引量:3

摘要 针对双滚筒分别驱动带式输送机在初步设计中,凡涉及驱动滚筒摩擦能力的计算求解问题,至今仍按双滚筒共同驱动方式来处理,而未考虑两驱动滚筒牵引力配比的影响,其结果可能导致带式输送机在工作中,某一驱动滚筒与输送带打滑,而另一驱动滚筒超载。因此,在给定牵引力配比的条件下,建立了双驱动滚筒总摩擦力备用系数C0、每个驱动滚筒摩擦力备用系数C1和C2的计算公式、分析了三者的大小关系,并通过设计实例证明:用C0代替C1和C2的设计方法存在一定的问题或缺陷,应按C1和C2同时满足要求的原则进行设计,而且双驱动滚筒的牵引力配比按2:1比按1:1或2:2分配更加合理可靠。 In thep reliminary design on the belt conveyor driven with double drums individually, the calculation solution problems related to the frictional capacity of the driving drum were handled with joint driving method of the double drums and the influences of the traction force matching were not considered for the two driving drums. Thus the results could cause one driving drum sliding with the belt and the other driving drums overloaded during the operation of the belt conveyor. Therefore under the condition of the given traction force matc- hing, a total friction standby coefficient of the two driving drums and the friction standby coefficient and calculation formula of each driving drum were established. The size relationship between the above three was analyzed. The designed cases showed that there were certain problems and shortage existed in the alternatives design method. The design should be conducted on the principle to meet the requirements simultaneously. The traction force matching 2 : 1 of the two driving drums could be more rational and reliable than 1 : 1 or 2 : 2.
