摘要
通过生物信息学分析,初步掌握了稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)中蛋白激酶CK2三亚基的结构特点,生物进化树分析表明CK2的蛋白序列在进化上的高度保守性;利用酵母同源比对的方法预测分析了稻瘟病菌中潜在的互作底物,揭示了CK2可能参与的生理生化过程,并且重点预测分析了CK2与小G蛋白Rho3之间的互作关系,为进一步揭示稻瘟病菌蛋白激酶CK2的功能及其参与调控的信号通路提供了理论基础。
Protein kinase CK2, a conservative serine/threonine kinase, is typically found in tetrameric complexes consisting of two catalytic subunits and two regulatory subunits. The structural features of CK2 in Magnaporthe oryzae were analyzed with bio-informatics. The cladograms analysis revealed that the protein sequences of CK2 is very conservative in the evolution process. Yeast homologous comparison implied that CK2 potential substrates were forecasted in M. oryzae , meaning CK2 participated in some the physiological and biochemical processes . The interaction between CK2 and Rho3 was emphasized. The study is a good way to further study the function and signal transduction pathway of protein kinase CK2 in M.oryzae.
