摘要
为了有效增强现有空间系统应对突发事件的能力,提出了一种基于在轨发射的天基快速响应体系,分析其应用领域和作用过程,明确该体系的特点、组成要素及关键技术,包括适合的在轨发射方案和基于任务的最佳部署策略等。天基快速响应体系由航天器平台、空间运载器、有效载荷和地面基础设施组成,利用空间运载器携带有效载荷实现机动和变轨。文章提出的快速响应体系,面向未来空间在轨服务,有助于增强空间系统在自然故障、突发事件等不确定情况下的快速响应和有效部署能力。
In order to enhance the capability of existing space systems of handling exceptional cases, an on-orbit launched SORS (Space-based Operationally Responsive System) is proposed. The application domains and technological processes of the SORS are analyzed, and unique char- acteristics and essential elements of the SORS are also explored. The key technologies of the SORS, proper on orbit launching system and the best deployment strategy are confirmed. The SORS consists of spacecraft platform, OTV (Orbit Transfer Vehicle), payloads and ground con- trol & command system, in which the OTV carrying the payloads performs maneuver and orbit transformation in space. As an operationally responsive system for the future on-orbit service, the SORS can provide valuable reference for space systems in dealing with uncertainties caused by natural failures or other emergencies.
