高校科研项目研发进程中的竞争情报支撑研究——以学科馆员的参与式服务为例

科学研究工作在高等学校具有非常重要的地位,情报工作在科学研究中的支撑作用也已经被大量的理论和实践所证明,而这种支撑在很大程度上是竞争情报的支撑。在科研进程中,具备竞争情报能力的学科馆员是实现其支撑作用的角色定位,参与式服务是实现其支撑作用的方式定位,提供针对性的竞争情报是实现其支撑作用的内容定位,从而实现竞争情报与参与式服务的融合。基于这一服务模式,文章具体阐述了针对科研进程需求的竞争情报实施途径与过程。

Scientific research work occupies a very important position in universities, and the supporting role of the information work in scientific research has been proved by a large number of theories and practices, while this support is the support of competitive intelligence to the great extent. In the scientific research process, the subject librarians with competitive intelligence capabilities play the part of realizing the supporting role, the participative services are the way to realize the supporting role, and providing pertinent competitive intelligence is the content of realizing the supporting role, thereby realizing the integration of competitive intelligence with participative service. The paper expatiates on the way and process of implementing competitive intelligence for scientific research based on this service mode.
