基于业务合作的图书馆联盟馆际合作评价模型研究

Research on the Evaluation Model of Interlibrary Cooperation of Library Consortia Based on Business Cooperation

文章在分析国内外图书馆联盟馆际合作发展模式的基础上,提出了基于业务合作的图书馆联盟馆际合作模式,为了比较不同馆际合作模式的组织合作效率,引入了信息熵理论和组织结构信息熵概念,依据馆际合作模式的组织结构建立了信息熵评价模型。通过该评价模型,在限定假设条件的情况下得出了基于业务合作的图书馆联盟馆际合作模式的组织结构合作效率更高。

Based on the analysis of the interlibrary cooperative development mode of library consortia both at home and abroad, this paper proposes the interlibrary cooperative mode of library consortia based on business cooperation. In order to compare the organizing and cooperative efficiencies of different interlibrary cooperation modes, the paper introduces the theory of information entropy and the concept of information entropy of organizational structure, and constructs the evaluation model of information entropy in accordance with the organizational structure of the interlibrary cooperative mode. Through this evaluation model, the paper concludes under the limited assumption conditions that the cooperative efficiency of the organizational structure of the interlibrary cooperation mode of the library consortia based on business cooperation is much higher.
