新合同法的制定标志着我国民商事立法步入一个新的发展阶段 ,但它仍存在一些较为抽象、原则性的规定。因此 ,有必要对合同的主体、合同法的渊源。

The making of the new contract indicates that the civil business legislation of our country has reached a new stage of developmeut, but there still exists rather abstract and principled stipulation. Therefore it is necessary to deliberate further upon the coutract, the source of the law of the coutract, and the administrative supervision of the contract
