摘要
战略性贸易政策建立在“新贸易理论”和波特的“国家竞争优势理论”基础上 ,两个理论都主张在一些领域里政府有选择地采取干预政策 ,可帮助企业在垄断竞争的世界市场上获得竞争优势。尽管战略性贸易政策在理论上是可行的 。
The strategic trade policy is based on the “new trade theory” and Porte“theory of national competitive advantage” Both theories can be interpreted as justifying government intervention with limitation and choices to help certain enterprises acquire competitive superiority in the monopolistically competitive market. The strategic trade policy looks nice in theory,but it will bring some undesirable consequence in certain aspects in practice
