公共服务供给理论对校市共建图书馆管理的启示

Inspirations of the Theory of Public Service Supply to the Management of the Joint-Built Library of University and Local Government

公共服务供给理论经历了公共服务单中心供给、双主体联合供给、多元主体供给三个阶段。其对校市共建图书馆管理提供了三方面的启示:共建图书馆具有深厚的理论基础;创新共建图书馆管理体制机制,完善共建图书馆治理结构;共建图书馆应实行总分馆制,原有图书馆功能仍要保留。

The theory of public service supply has experienced three stages as public service supply of single center,double main body,and multi-protagonists.It brings to three inspirations to management of the joint-built library between university and city government.First,the joint-built library has the profound theoretical foundation.Second,the management system and mechanism of the joint-built library should be innovated.The governance structure of the joint-built library should be improved.Third,and the joint-built library should implement main-branch library pattern,the original library should be still kept.
