目前(区域)图书馆联盟评价主要集中在运作绩效及指标设定、服务及质量、投资决策等联盟本身,很少考虑其社会影响和社会风险等社会性问题。区域图书馆联盟社会评价,可促使区域图书馆联盟评价更趋科学化、合理化、人性化,为文化强国建设提供不竭动力。
Nowadays the evaluation of regional library consortium focuses on the performance evaluation and index setting,service and its quality,investment decisions and so on.All of these evaluations pay attention to the consortium itself rather than its social issues,such as social impact,and social risks.The social assessment of regional library consortium could make the evaluation of regional library consortium more scientific,rational and humane.It also provides an inexhaustible motive force for the culture prosperity of the country.
