摘要 呼吸机相关性肺炎是常见的院内感染,是导致患者住院时间延长、治疗费用增加及院内感染死亡的主要原因。目前,呼吸机相关性肺炎的早期诊断还存在困难,病原菌诊断是诊断的金标准,但临床上操作较为困难。本文将近年来有关呼吸机相关性肺炎的诊断进展作一综述,以期尽早诊断和降低该病的发病率和病死率。 Ventilator-associated pneumonia is the common infection in hospital, and the major cause leading to prolonged duration of hospitalization, increased medical expense and infectious death in hospital. Currently, the early diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia is often difficult. Although pathogenic bacteria are recognized as gold standard for the diagnosis, it is difficult to operate in clinic. This article reviews the recent progress on the diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia, aims at early diagnosing and reducing its incidence and mortality.
