Education as the important base to transform,to spread and to enhance knowledge,shoulders with the task of supplying adequate qualified personnel resources.The new beginning of the knowledge economy sets an urgent and strict demand on educational reform.Hence,it's necessary to popularize the idea of knowledge economy,to strengthen the urgency and the sense of crisis of educational reform.It's necessary to add to practical investment in education,to put into practice the strategy of “prospecting the country with scientific education”,to widely apply quality education,to reinforce the students'creative idea and abilities,to establish a good common practice of the civil life-long education in the whole society.
