企业博士后制度是贯彻产学研结合 ,促进科技向生产力转化的新生事物 ,而企业博士后工作站能否成功 ,关键在于博士后工作站科研项目的选题以及博士后人选的选择。结合华中电力集团公司博士后工作站的工作实践 。
Vacancy of enterprises'post doctoral research workers is a new thing to carry out the combination of production-study-research and promote the transformation from science and technology into productive forces.Nevertheless,the success of the work station lies in the choice of items in science and techndogy and the preference of post doctoral research workers.Here is a useful probe combined with the working practice of the work station for post doctoral research workers in Powar Group Corporation of Central China.
