Hospital CEOs of of narcissistic personality are emotional, sensitive and suspicious. It is very hard for them to trust others. They tend to be angry when under pressure and threat, but complacent when complete some achievements. It is not rare that they lack clear estimation of themselves, and when they don’t have some people to support them or remind them their limitations, it is easy to reduce the efficiency and even waste time or effort. This can be considered the fatal shortcomings of leaders with narcissistic personality.
