近年来兴起的新古典现实主义理论,为解释国家外交政策提供了一个独特的分析框架,也为解读日本对华外交的嬗变提供了一个新视角。日本从安倍到野田政府,在对华外交政策领域进行了不断的战略调整,不同政治势力的彼此消长促成了日本对华政策的钟摆型结构。产生这种结果的根本原因,一方面是受到国际政治格局的大环境影响;另一方面是来自日本独特的国内政治生态的干预变量。国际和国内的变量关系是日本对华政策不断调整的根本动因。

In recent years,the rise of Neoclassical Realism provides a special analytical framework to explain the national diplomatic policies,and it also gives a new perspective to ana-lyze the changing of Japan’s foreign policy toward China.From Abe’s administration to Noda’s in Japan,the foreign policy to China changes continually.And the shift of political power’s growth and decline forms the pendulum structure of Japan’s foreign policy toward China.One of the reasons caused this consequence is the influence of international political patterns,and the other is the intervening variable element of Japanese special internal political environment.But the international and domestic variable relations are the fundamental factors of this changing.
