摘要
本文介绍了一台1 000m3液化石油气球罐的检验案例,对检验中发现的纬向焊缝裂纹的形成原因和影响因素进行了分析,并着重分析了纬向焊缝与经向焊缝的差异而导致的裂纹敏感性差异。
The article described a case of 1000m3LPG spherical tank inspection. Analyzed the causes and influencing factors of the latitudinal weld cracks which were found in the inspection, and focus on analyzing the differences in latitudinal weld and longitudinal weld which lead to cracking susceptibility differences.
