母乳中叶酸与维生素B_(12)研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 作为合成DNA、RNA重要辅酶的叶酸和维生素B12对生命早期的生长发育非常重要。母乳中叶酸、维生素B12缺乏可能会造成新生儿出现相应的营养素缺乏症状,引起生长发育迟缓、巨幼红细胞贫血、血液或神经系统异常等多种症状。母乳叶酸、维生素B12的检测方法目前仍不明确。本文综述了母乳叶酸、维生素B12的存在形式、功能及检测方法的研究进展,为今后的研究提供依据。
