Actigraph加速度计能耗预测方程效度研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:验证现有Actigraph加速度计能耗预测方程的效度。方法:以气体代谢法(IC法)为标准,采用8种身体活动和连续4h的日常活动来验证Freedson[1]、Hendelman[2]和Swartz[3]所建能耗预测方程的效度。结果:3个方程都无法同时准确监测多种活动的能耗;3个方程对4h活动总能耗的预测误差分别为-7.04%(p<0.05)、67.33%(p<0.01)和55.16%(p<0.01)。结论:Freedson[1]所建方程的能耗预测误差较低,可在改良后加以应用。
