摘要
安乐死一直是法学界、医学界、宗教界等备受关注的问题。关于安乐死 ,有两种截然不同的观点。一是赞成安乐死 ;二是反对安乐死。笔者赞同安乐死。本文从安乐死的社会基础、法律实践及安乐死是生命尊严的体现 ,是生命权的重要内容几个方面来谈谈安乐死这一问题。
Euthanasia is a focal problem in the field of law、medicine and religion.There are two different viewpoints of it:for and against.The author takes affirmative vote.He thinks that euthanasia shows dignity of life,and it is also the main contents of life right.
