摘要
企业工会是企业职工群众最重要的群众组织,它不仅肩负着维护企业职工的合法权益,也在企业和谐稳定发展发挥着重要的作用。随着油田企业改制和整合重组,工会工作所面临的环境和对象发生了或正在发生着深刻的变化,这给油田企业工会工作带来了前所未有的困难与挑战。如何充分发挥工会组织在企业中应有的作用,更好地激发企业职工群众的主观能动性、工作的积极性和创造性,是我们每一位基层工会工作者应该思考的问题。
Enterprise union is the most important mass organization of employees. It not only has the responsibility of safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of employees, but also plays an important role in maintaining a harmonious and stable development in the enterprise. Restructuring and integrating of the enterprise has brought or is bringing the union a profound change both in its work environment and work object. This brings about unprecedented difficulties and challenges in the union's work. How to give full play to labor union in the enterprise and make its employees more active and creative in their work is the issue for each worker with community--level union to reflect on.
