摘要
持续推进全员成本目标管理可以提升物资供应系统成本管理水平,进而增强企业竞争力。物资供应管理要全面推进全员成本目标管理,必须以完善体系为基础,构建成本管理长效机制;必须以降低物资供应成本为核心,抓住供应过程的关键环节,合理控制物资供应储备规模;必须以实施方案为导向,巩固成效,扩大管控范围,促进全员成本目标管理精细化、常态化。
Continuously boosting management of personnel costs objective contributes to improving cost management inside material supply system and strengthening enterprise competitive power. To boost the management in all respects requires building a long-term mechanism for cost management through improving the system, grasping key link of supply process with reducing cost of material supply at its core to rationally control reserve scale and taking implementation plan as guidance to strengthen the achievements, expand control range and make the management more careful and normal.
