摘要
性别研究是人们早就关注的重要问题之一,也是生物学研究的一个重要领域.禽类的性别研究因其对实现动物性别的人为调控,以获得经济利益明显的子代而日益为人们所关注.本文主要从分子层面上阐述了鸡性别决定的机理及其可能的假说,认为较其他假说而言,鸡性别调控相关基因的研究进展更加支持Z剂量效应和W显性效应假说.同时,本文也综述了家鸡性别控制及激素调控技术的研究进展,以期为探究性别决定的机制研究提供必要的理论依据.
The research of sex is one of the most important problems which people have already cared. Sex research of fowl is significant to animal production. This paper reviewed the recent progress in gender studies from the molecular per- speetives. Compared with other hypothesis has mentioned, the dose effect of Z-Chromosome and the dominance effect of W- Chromosome is compelling. The technology of sex control in fowls is also discussed in order to provide the necessary theoretical basis for the research of sex.
