摘要
选取海口市建设用地作为研究对象,基于2010年海口市土地利用现状调查数据,采用ENVI作为技术手段,运用渐变尺度研究法VCM,然后通过GIS空间分析与SPSS回归分析相结合的方法进行叠加运算,获取研究区土地变化等级图.结果表明:1)在建成区周围1.5-9km以内的缓冲区,建设用地面积一直在呈下降趋势,在9-12km范围内,出现一个小峰值.可见,海口市建成区周围建设用地空间格局与距离建成区远近存在较强的空间相关性,建设用地发展模式呈跳跃式发展.2)在以高速公路中心线为基线的缓冲区范围内,随着高速公路缓冲距离的增加,建设用地面积呈缓慢下降的趋势,可见,高速公路周围建设用地总面积与距离高速公路远近的空间关联性不是很强,并且在4.5km以外,建设用地面积变化不明显.
The paper malde a research on the construction land in Haikou city. By adopting ENVI technology, VCM method, GIS spatial analytic vehicle and SPSS regression analysis method and after a series of calculation, a chart indi- cating the land cover change is generated based on the land use surveying data of 2010. The research shows that: 1)The land area for construction use is decreasing within the 1 .5km-9km buffer zone around the constructed region but there is a down-to-rise within 9km to 12km. It is thus clear that there is a strong spatial relevance between the spatial pattern of construction land in the constructed area and the distance, furthermore, the construction land is developed by leaps and bounds. 2)The land area for construction use is gradually going down within the buffer zone where the central line of the highway is served as the baseline, so it is not difficult to see that the relevance between the total area of construction land use around highway and its distance to highway is not strong. No obvious changes are found in the construction land area beyond 4.Skin.
