居民旅游影响感知及其与旅游者态度之间的关系

The Relationship Between Local Residents' Perception of Tourism Impacts and Their Attitudes towards Tourists

以三亚为例,调查分析居民对发展旅游业所带来的经济、社会文化和环境影响的感知和对旅游者的态度以及两者之间的关系.研究表明,三亚居民对旅游影响具有强烈感知,且在经济和社会文化方面的利益感知高于成本感知,在环境方面的感知无显著差异.对经济利益和社会文化利益的感知是影响三亚居民对旅游者态度的主要原因.

Taking Sanya as an example, this paper studies the local residents＇ perception of economic, social and envi- ronmental impacts on tourism, attitudes towards tourists and the relationship between them. The results show that resi- dents in Sanya have statistically significantly higher perception of economic and social impacts and their perception on benefit is higher than on that of the cost, while there is no difference on environment impact. Residents＇ attitudes to- wards tourists is changing from enthusiasm to indifference. The findings also show that the perceptions on economic and social benefits are the predictors of the local residents＇ attitudes towards tourists.
