Helpful Assessment Strategies on the Teachers of Falling into Teaching Difficulty: Based on Teaching Portfolio Assessment

Teaching portfolio assessment has characteristic of helping teacher to grow,and can meet growing need of teachers who are falling into teaching difficulty. Help is the prominent characteristic of the assessment strategies based on teaching portfolio, that is, helping the teachers to clear assessment pur- pose, to built portfolio, make self-reflection, form and analyze as- sessment outcome, and making the teachers get helping for grow- ing during the assessment.
