摘要
园本培训是幼儿教师专业发展的途径之一。农村幼儿园园本培训的实施状况如何,研究者通过对临汾地区300名农村幼儿教师的问卷调查和访谈,发现农村幼儿园园本培训存在的问题:教师参与培训动力不足、培训形式单一、培训内容忽视科研能力、缺乏激励和评价机制。提出完善农村幼儿园园本培训的对策:提高教师的自觉参与性、为教师创设良好的教研氛围、多种培训方式相结合、建立有效的激励和评价机制、构建协作学习共同体。
Kindergarten-based training is one way of preschool teachers' professional development. In order to know about the implementation situation of rural kindergarten-based training, through a questionnaire survey and interview among 300 rural kindergarten teachers in Linfen, the writer found the problems in rural kindergarten-based training: teachers' lack of the power to participate in training, single form of training, the ignorance of scientific research ability, in training content, and lack of incen- tive and evaluation mechanism. Countermeasures are put forward to improve the training of kindergarten teachers in rural areas: the conscious participation, the creation of a good atmosphere for teaching and research, the combination of various training meth- ods for teachers, the establishment of an effective incentive and evaluation mechanism, and the construction of a collaborative learning community.
