This paper firstly discusses the advantages and disad- vantages of the network in teenagers＇ growth, and then proposes the ideas of constructing network environment insurance mecha- nism. In view of the specific situation in a certain rural junior high school, the writer proposes concrete measures and sugges- tions, so as to promote teenagers＇ health growth in network environment.
