Leaning Community: A New Perspective for the Construction of the Leaning Dormitory

学习型寝室创建是高校学风建设的有效方法之一。只有学生个体和寝室团队的主体性得到充分发挥,社区学风建设才能逐渐形成有效的运行机制。基于学习共同体理论研究高校学习型寝室创建,研究学习型寝室氛围及其形成过程因素,从而有效探索学习型寝室的创建方法,提升学生的主观能动性、促进学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务,形成个体-寝室-社区-学校的学风加强体系。

The construction of the learning dormitory is an effec- tive of college learning atmosphere construction. Only students＇ individual role and the dormitory＇s comprehensive role are fully given to play can an effective operating mechanism for community learning atmosphere construction gradually form. Based on the theory of learning community, this paper researches the con- struction of college learning dormitory, aiming to construct a strengthened learning atmosphere system including the individu- al, dormitory, community and school.
