浅谈房建项目管理工作

A Brief Discussion on Construction Project Management

随着我国城市化进程的加快,房屋建筑施工近些年来越来越受到人们的关注。目前建筑工程的规模越来越大,尤其是在城市中心的建设项目越来越多。而后房屋建筑的管理方法就显得十分重要了,它是保证房屋建筑施工质量的基础。而且在一定程度上,关系着国家和人民的生命财产安全。它是一个综合过程,涉及的问题很多。本文针对建筑工程管理的各类方法进行分析,并对如何有效提高我国建筑工程管理水平提出相关建议。

With the accelerating of China＇s urbanization, con- struction project is attracting more and more attention. The scale of the present construction project is larger and larger, especially in downtown. Then the method of construction project manage- ment appears to be important, for it is the basis of the quality of construction project. This paper analyzes various methods of con- struction project management, and proposes relevant suggestions on how to effectively improve China＇s construction project man- agement level.
