关于家庭功能整体的四种能力分析

Analysis on the Four Functions of Family as a Function Entirety

家庭是社会这个综合系统的基本组成单位或子系统。根据帕森斯的结构功能主义原理,任何现存的社会都具有一些基本的制度模式(结构),而这些制度间发生着相互支持的关系(功能),从而保证了社会系统的生存。本文利用帕森斯AGIL模型来分析家庭。家庭作为基层的功能整体,必须要具备获得资源的能力、实现目标的能力、整合资源的能力以及维持模式的能力。本文就此对家庭的这四种能力作出分析。

The family is the basic unit or subsystem of the inte- grated system of society. According to Parsons＇ structural func- tionalism principle, any existing society has some basic system model （structure）, these systems have mutually supportive rela- tionship （function）, thus ensuring the survival of the social sys- tem. In this paper, Parsons AGIL model is used to analyze the family. The family, as the primary function entirety, must possess four abilities, which will be analyzed in this paper.
