煤炭物流供应链信息协同共享研究

The Research on Information-Sharing of the Coal Logistics Service Supply Chain

由于国家能源分布和消费的空间不均衡,我国煤炭运输长期以来一直压力很大,整个煤炭物流服务供应链一直处于一种非正常状态,受各种复杂外在环境及自身需求变化影响,时而煤炭积压港口,需要疏散,时而南方电厂库存告急,急需紧急调入煤炭。文章在综合分析国内外学者对物流服务供应链信息协同共享研究的基础上,描述我国煤炭物流服务供应链的构成及特征,对煤电物流供应链中影响信息共享的障碍因素进行分析,从流程、运输、调度、货票、商务信息、信息查询与管理等几个方面构建了以铁路为核心节点的信息共享平台,从而为建立煤炭物流服务供应链一体化协同体系提供支持。

The state of energy distribution and consumption space is not balanced in China. The coal transportation has long been a lot of pressure. The coal logistics service supply chain is in the non-normal state. Influenced by various complex external environments and demands of changes, the coal transportation sometimes keeps too much in stock of coal port and need to be evacuated, and sometimes is exhausted in southern. On the basis of comprehensive analysis the research on the supply chain logistics services of scholars, the paper describes the characteristics of the coal logistics service supply chain. Analysis of coal-fired electricity in the logistics supply chain impact of barriers to information sharing, information sharing platform to build the railway as the core node enterprise processes, transportation, scheduling, goods, tickets, business information, information query and management aspects. China＇s coal logistics information coordination technology was analyzed to establish cooperative coal logistics services integration of supply chain system to improve the efficiency of the Chinese energy.
