低碳工业园区规划方法和评价指标体系研究

Research on Low-carbon Industrial Park Planning Methods and Evaluation Index System

以低碳工业园为研究对象,探索建立一套低碳工业园区规划的方法,从土地利用、低碳产业、低碳能源、低碳建筑、低碳交通、低碳政策等方面,提出了低碳工业园的实现途径;并建立一套针对工业园区低碳规划的评价指标体系,用以指导和评价低碳工业园区规划的实施。

Taking the low-carbon industrial park as the research object, this paper establishes a set of low-carbon industrial park planning method, including land use, low-carbon industry, low-carbon energy, low-carbon buildings, low- carbon traffic, low-carbon policy etc., put forward the implementation way of low-carbon industrial park. This paper also establishes a set of evaluation index system aiming the low-carbon industrial park planning, in order to guide and evaluate the implementation of low-carbon industrial park planning.
