摘要
以贵州省贵阳市花溪区为例,综合运用市场实地调查法、定性和定量分析,从时间和空间两个层面分析大型生态绿地对周边住宅价格的影响效应,结果表明:大型生态绿地所带来的住宅价格增值效应既具有时间上的差异性,又与绿地本身有着密切的正相关性。
With integrated use of market survey method, qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper takes Huaxi District (Guiyang City, Guizhou Province) as an example to analyze large-scale ecological green space for residential price effect from time and space dimensions, the result shows that: there exists time difference and a close positive correlation of house price appreciation effect from large ecological green space.
