Study of Principle and Method for Population Control in Beijing

人口分布是特定时空背景下人地关系的一种反映。通过对北京的人口概况、主要特征、主要问题等三个方面进行综合性梳理,认为人口问题日益成为首都经济社会发展中一个十分重大的综合性问题,调控手段是北京人口调控体系的行使主要方式,提出完善城市人口政策、发挥经济调控手段作用、加强对外来流动人口的服务、提高周边城市的人口吸纳能力、动态评估人口容量等对策建议。

The distribution of population is a reflection of the relationship between man and nature. This paper focus on the study of principle and method for population control in capital, which arrives at a conclusion that the problem of population is very important to capital. It puts forward the main ways to control capital population, perfecting the policy, making use of economic regulation, cooperating for floating population, improving the absorption of peripheral cities, evaluting some countermeasures.
