高效液相色谱法测定宫炎平片中没食子酸的含量

Determination of Gallic Acid in Gongyanping Tablets by HPLC

目的测定宫炎平片中没食子酸含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,选用Luna C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(1:99)为流动相,流速:0.8mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:274nm。结果没食子酸在2.74-54.80μg/mL浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.03%。结论本方法准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in Gongyanping tablets.Method The RP-HPLC system consisting the Luna C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2%H3PO4（1∶99）,the flow rate was 0.8mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,The UV detector was set at 274nm.Results The linear response range was 2.74-54.80μg/mL.The average recovery was 99.0%,RSD was 1.03%.Conclusions The assay demonstrated that the method had accurate and repeatable,it can be applied in quantitative determination of gallic acid in Gongyanping Tablets.
