Construction of Coordination Mechanism of Modern Agricultural Supply Chain

现代农产品供应链发展虽然取得了不小的进步,但从全国范围来看,农产品供应链的建设还处在起步阶段,在供应链节点之间的合作方式多少还掺杂着传统的因素。该文分析了目前农业供应链的现状与存在的问题,同时提出了构建农业供应链的信息协调机制和组织协调机制,为我国现代农业供应链的健康发展提供参考。

The modern agricultural supply chain has made much progress, but the construction of the agricultural supply chain is still in its infancy, and the cooperations between the nodes of the supply chain are still mixed with traditional factors. In this paper, the current situation and the existing problems of agricultural supply chain were analyzed, and constructions of the informational coordination mechanism and organizational coordination mechanism were put forward, which will supply the reference for the sound development of modern agricultural supply chain in China.
