摘要
当前高校教师评价体系在人力资源管理、绩效考核等方面发挥了积极作用,但也存在着诸多弊端,制约着青年教师的发展,影响了高校教育质量的提高,改革或构建符合实际的多元化的高校青年教师专项评价体系势在必行。科学、合理的评价体系应以马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论为指导,以实现青年教师人尽其才为目的,以定性和定量相结合为评价指标的设计标准。在对高校青年教师进行科学分类的基础上,围绕不同的评价指标,进行合理的指标量化权重。多元化的评价体系的应用必须坚持绩效和激励相结合、静态和动态相结合、原则性和灵活性相结合。
The current young university teachers' appraisal system plays a positive role in human resource management and performance assessment,but there are also some shortcomings that restrain the development of young teachers,influencing university education quality improvement,so it is imperative to reform and construct a multiple appraisal system catering to young university teachers and adjusting to reality.Scientific and reasonable appraisal system should take Marxism theory on humans' overall development as the guidance,full exploitation of young teachers' talent as the goal and the combination of quantitative and qualitative appraisal indices as design standard.Based on scientific classification of young teachers,this paper focuses on appraisal indices to conduct reasonable index quantitative weights.Multiple appraisal system must adhere to the combination of performance and incentives,the combination of static and dynamic,and the combination of principles and flexibility.
