基于双层电极的介电电泳微流控芯片的设计和制备

摘要 设计了快速实现微粒操纵的介电电泳微流控芯片的制作方法,利用光刻工艺在玻璃基底上制备和集成了双层金属电极,通过控制底层电极上的电场,实现了顶层电极上微粒的介电电泳物理捕获,模拟分析和实验结果一致. A facile dielectrophoresis (DEP) approach for rapid patterning of microparticles was presented on a double-layer electrode substrate in microfluidics. Physical modeling demonstrated that the DEP force was dramatically enhanced by the induced electric field on top interdigitated electrodes. Polystyrene particles were effectively patterned in the center of top electrodes within several seconds by adjusting electric field intensity through the bottom electrodes. This approach avoided direct elec- trical connection to biological objects and implemented integration of functional electrodes into one substrate.
