Behind the Disconnection between Theory and Practice——Reflection of the Road from University Class to Primary School Platform

培养适应未来基础教育的小学教师是师范教育的天然职责,然而,目前从学生的培养方式、教师的执教能力、教学理论研究等诸多方面却存在着种种与基础教育实际脱节的现象。加强对基础教育的探索研究,掌握基础教育的热点难点问题,加强师范院校的教育理论、教育观念、师资队伍等方面的改革将是改变脱节状况,提高教育质量的必修课。

It is the natural duty of teachers＇ college to train primary school teachers to adapt to the future basic education;however,in the current student training mode,the teachers＇ teaching ability,teaching theory research and other aspects,there exists the disconnection between the basic education theory and the practice.In order to strengthen the basic education research,master its hot and difficult problems,and strengthen the reform of the education theory and concept of the teachers＇ colleges,the teaching staff and other aspects,it is our required course to change the disconnection and improve the quality of education.
