试议英文首字母缩略词翻译方法

近年来大量的英文字母缩略词进入汉语中,对这些外来词所采取的翻译方法差异较大。在论证这些字母词的可译性基础之上,对这些翻译方法进行比较研究,发现字母词是语言经济性原则的产物,相应的翻译方法也要体现出该原则,方能保证信息的准确、高效传递。

Recently abundant English initialisms have been introduced into Chinese with various methods of translation.Based on the confirmation of the translatability of initialisms and study on the methods of translation,it is clear that initialisms come from the language economy principle and their translation should reflect the same principle as well so as to assure the accurate and efficient information transferring.
