摘要
介绍大型铝电解槽低电压物料与能量双平衡控制的技术和6年的应用实践。通过采用实时天平式氧化铝浓度控制技术,电解槽氧化铝浓度可以平稳均匀控制在1.5%~2.5%。通过对槽电压和自动添加氟化铝进行实时控制、以及对电流效率的评估,从而保证了电解槽能量的平衡稳定。
Material and energy double balance control technology with low cell voltage and its six-year plant practice were introduced. The concentration of A1203 in aluminum cell is smoothly and steadily controlled at 1.5 -2.5 % with application of real-time A1203 concentration controlling technology. The energy balance of aluminum cell is ensured by real-time control of cell voltage and automatic addition of A1F3.
