清养透解合剂对阴虚质系统性红斑狼疮患者Th1/Th2细胞漂移的影响

Effect of "Qingyang Toujie Mixture" on Th1/Th2 cell drift in systemic lupus erythematosus of yin deficiency constitution

目的观察清养透解合剂对阴虚质系统性红斑狼疮患者Th1/Th2细胞漂移的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,同时选取门诊健康体检者30例为健康组。治疗组采用清养透解合剂及西医常规疗法治疗,对照组给予中药安慰剂(合剂)及西医常规疗法。两组疗程均为3个月,治疗前后采用免疫酶联法检测血清IFN-γ、IL-12、IL-4、IL-10水平。结果①治疗组、对照组治疗前与健康组比较,血清Th1类细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-12)、Th2类细胞因子(IL-4、IL-10)、Thl/Th2(IFN-γ/IL-4、IL-12/IL-10)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②治疗前后组内比较,治疗组血清Th1类细胞因子(包括IL-12、IFN-γ)、Th2类细胞因子(包括IL-10、IL-4)、Thl/Th2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③治疗后治疗组与对照组组间比较,各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴虚质系统性红斑狼疮患者存在Th1/Th2细胞比值向Th2漂移,清养透解合剂可改善患者Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡。

Objective To observe the effect of ＂Qingyang Toujie Mixture＂ on Thl/Th2 cell drift in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients of yin deficiency constitution. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into control group and treatment group, thirty cases in each group. At the same time, 30 healthy people were enrolled after checking-up in health group. Thirty cases in treatment group were treated by ＂Qingyang Toujie Mixture＂ and western routine treatment, control group were treated by placebo and western routine treatment, with the course of 3 months. The blood FN-γ, IL-12, IL-4 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA. Results ①Compared with treatment group and control group before treatment, the Thl cell factor , Th2 cell factor and ThL/Th2 were significant different from the health group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. ②Comparison between before and after treatment, Thl cell factor, Th2 cell factor and Thl/Th2 showed significant difference in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and no significant difference was found in control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）.③After treatment, Thl cell factor, Th2 cell factor and Th1/Th2 showed significant difference between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Th1/Th2 ratio of SLE patients exist shift to Th2, and the ＂Qingyang Toujie Mixture＂ can improve the unbalance of Th1/Th2 cell factor in SLE patients of yin deficiency constitution.
