降脂颗粒结合辛伐他汀滴丸治疗老年人高脂血症疗效观察

Clinical observation of "Jiangzhi Granule" and Simvastatin Pills in treating elderly hyperlipidemia

目的观察降脂颗粒结合辛伐他汀滴丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将63例高脂血症患者随机分为两组;对照组32例予以辛伐他汀滴丸治疗,治疗组31例予以降脂颗粒结合辛伐他汀滴丸治疗,疗程28天。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组TC均下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),且两组患者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组TG治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且与对照组治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论降脂颗粒结合辛伐他汀滴丸治疗高脂血症疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Jiangzhi Granule＂ and Simvastatin Pills in the treatment of elderly hyperlipidemia. Methods Sixty- three subjects were randomized two groups： control group in which 32 cases were treated with Simvastatin Pills and treatment group in which 31 cases were treated with ＂Jiangzhi Granule＂ and Simvastatin Pills, with a course of 28 days. Results The clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the TC and TG were reduced in both groups （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the TC was decreased in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and there was a difference in the TG between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Jiangzhi Granule＂ and Simvastatin Pills is quite effective for elderly hyperlipidemia.
