补肾益胃方治疗慢性牙周炎67例

Treatment of 67 cases of chronic periodontitis by modified "Bushen Yiwei Decoction"

目的观察补肾益胃方治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 67例慢性牙周炎患者予以补肾益胃方治疗,疗程4周。结果总有效率为91.04%;治疗后牙龈指数(GL)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PPD)、牙周附着水平(PAL)、牙齿松动度(MD)等明显改善(P<0.01)。结论补肾益胃方治疗慢性牙周炎临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Busben Yiwei Decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Sixty-seven subjects were treated with with ＂Bushen Yiwei Decoction＂ for four weeks. Results The overall effective rate was 91.04% ; aftert treatment, gingival index（ GI）, Quigley-Hein plaque index（PLI）, periodontal probing depth （PPD）, periodontal attachment level （PAL） and teeth mobility degree （MD） were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Bushen Yiwei Decoction＂ is quite effective for chronic periodontitis.
