摘要
应急广播是各级党和政府应对自然灾害和各种突发事件所必须实施的一项重要工程,介绍了利用现有的有线电视网络和"村村响"系统,利用已建成的"数字兴农"平台来实现全县农村应急广播全覆盖的原理、功能、架构、特点、具体实施等。
Emergency broadcast are at all levels of the party and the Government to respond to natural disasters and emergencies that must be implemented in an important project. This article describes using the existing cable television network and ＂village＂ system, using the built in ＂digital agriculture＂ platform to address the County＇s rural emergency broadcast full coverage of the principles, functions, structure, characteristics, spe- cific implementation.
