磁性饲养笼的研制 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨并研制适合新西兰家兔缺血肢体作磁场实验研究的磁性饲养笼。方法采用长200mm,宽25mm,厚0.35mm的无取向硅钢片407片叠加加固制作成长200mm×宽150mm×厚25mm的铁芯3个;每个铁芯由标称直径0.67mm,横截面积为0.353mm2圆铜漆包线280米分层缠绕369匝制作成电磁铁(其功率为40W);用无磁性且导磁性好的环氧树脂板及其板条做成长300mm×宽200mm×上高400(mm)的饲养笼(分上下两层)3个。电磁铁固定于饲养笼下层顶部中央制成磁性饲养笼,上层作家兔电磁场实验。工作电源为交流变压器3个,功率60W,频率50赫兹,输入电压均为220伏特,输出电压分别为24、12、6伏特,分别供电相应的磁性饲养笼。结果当工作电压分别为24、12、6伏特时,相应磁性饲养笼上层距底部30mm处实测磁场强度分别为12、6及3毫特斯拉。结论用磁性饲养笼限制新西兰家兔的活动范围,用电压控制磁场强度,由此克服了受试动物依从性差及受试磁场强度难以掌控的两大难题。
