摘要
针对网络化制造环境下,跟踪复杂零件的生产加工状态效率低,建立了生产状态清单模型。该模型采用层级清单的组成方案。在模型构建过程中,建立以制造资源层为枢纽,由零件层、制造资源层、任务层组成的多层状态清单模型;然后运用2进制数和16进制数计算出清单中各层的状态值;并将模型应用于某企业网络化制造系统,提高了该企业跟踪复杂零件生产加工状态的效率,同时证明了该模型的可行性和实用性。
In the networked manufacturing environment, it is difficult to track complex parts production and processing status. Status bill model was proposed to track complex parts production and processing status. The model was constructed by layers bill. In the process of constructing model, the bill was constituted of parts layer, manufacturing resource layer and task layer. The status val- ues of all layers were calculated by using binary number and hexadecimal number. Finally, the model was applied to the manufactur- ing system of an enterprise. It is proved that this model can be used to improve the efficiency of tracking the status of the production and processing, and the model is feasible and applicable.
