摘要
以实际尺寸的TBM推进机构液压支链为分析对象,基于液压油的可压缩性,在液压油缸内模拟填充一定体积的液压油,通过HYPERMESH软件建立求解刚度及受力情况的有限元模型,得出刚度变化规律及应力集中区域,由分析图可得出液压油压缩引起的杆长误差变化值,为盾构机在施工过程中调整其运动姿态提供参考依据。
By taking the analysis object of hydraulic branched-chain of advancing structure in TBM of actual size, based on the compressibility of the hydraulic oil to fill a certain volume of hydraulic oil within the hydraulic cylinder, through HYPERMESH soft- ware, the finite element model (FEM) to solve the stiffness and force conditions was established and come to the stiffness variation of the stress concentration region. By the analysis chart, the rod length error changed in value caused by hydraulic oil compression is obtained, which provides a reference for the TBM to adjust its athletic stance in the construction process.
